Les is true to his staff, more than most. Brick has to pay a buyout, unless he gets a DC job, see how that works. Les wants his guys to get better jobs, move up in the profession. There is so much talk around, this started way back. Not just contract time. Some say A&M stands behind their coaches, many will tell you something different.
