Indeed it is! I thought at first it was about the Miles to Michigan thing, but I think you're right. Chavis may have picked up on that too.

I'm hopeful Cameron was the solution to our offensive woes and this year is a blip, but it sure looks a lot like what we've seen with miles most of his time here.

Special teams is headed by Peveto, who again appears to be dragging shit down.

A good defensive hire is critical and I feel oddly confident Miles will get this done.

I just wonder, if Cameron isn't the answer, how much longer can Miles compete for NCs without a passing game? If the game has passed him by, Miles will be remembered as the guy who followed Saban and rode the wave left over till it died.

Perhaps he should focus on trying to win the SECW.

Those field goals were out of his kicker's range so no I don't think so. You saw a dominant defense and if you remember correctly Michael Ford had a TD called back and Reuben Randle dropped a touchdown also. So no I don't think so. Saban didn't prepare for Jefferson and it bit him in the ass.

The only Ford TD I remember was in OT, led to the winning FG, and was correctly called for stepping out of bounds.

I'm not sure if the damage hasn't already been done to his legacy. I said in another thread, Les' record of fielding an offense and a vertical passing attack is .500. I could let 2008 slide because Lee even though he had a bunch taken to the house by the wrong jerseys, he was able to throw the football. So, it could be .600. In my mind and in the minds of a lot of people Les' legacy is not being able to throw the football. Being a one dimensional team that isn't going to score a lot of points, 3 yards and a cloud of dust. The only way he can change that is if he has multiple years in the future with a balanced offense that can throw the ball vertically, and if history dictates anything that's not going to happen with the running backs we recruit at the quarterback position.

Was that in OT? Oh well then Randle still dropped a TD in regulation. You know was that correctly called? I can't find a video of it with a clear shot. Nevermind I just did yeah he was out. Still that was a mental error that should have been a TD.

I look at the last 5 years (the first 5 we were coasting from Sabans Mojo) - look's like a downhill trend and it's going to get worst. Every one talks about next year, our team and talent is so young, blah blah - we'll see - It looks more to me his first losing season is up next.

If I had to bet money, I don't think we have much of a passing game next year. I also would have bet against Miles winning a NC though and I never would have seen 2011 coming.

    I'll say it.

Who do you think is the best LSU coach ever? You can't say it is Saban, because Saban's record at LSU was less than Miles'. Saban might be the best Bama coach ever, but he was not the best LSU coach ever.
