I'll be up at school until at least 8:30 tonight, which sucks because I'm going with our g/t kids tomorrow to the Collin County Mock Trial Competition in McKinney. The bus leaves here at 7 a.m.!

The treats will be out of my room @ 3:30ish, though.

One of the girls who baked brownies from scratch came in during lunch and "practically forced" me to try one of hers. It was amazing...

I swear it's the last (and I'm super-glad I decided at the last minute to head to the gym last night--need to do double-time this weekend there, too!)

I deposited what was left of our Halloween candy with the drama teacher at our school; she rewards our "trash ninjas" (kids who do organic recycling during lunch) with it.

    Better on them than me!

Our kids leave theirs out for the "Great Pumpkin", he leaves them little toys for their kindness. I bring the candy to the St Judes for the sick kids. Been doing this for the past 7 yrs. Kids like the toys better, my wife and I dont' have to start the winter weight gain until Thanksgiving, and the sick kids (cancer) get the joy of Halloween candy. Works all around.
