Exactly. It was difficult to believe what my eyes were seeing. Each time, I said, "Okay, that's it...run some clock...hang in there, don't make any more mistakes, we win." Then, we blow it again. Dumbest play calling I can remember.

Best was Morris' homer. Saw him play the other night and he hit a HR. I couldn't help but flashback a bit. Got him to autograph my LSU cap too.

Just this past year, there's been a few "lose it" moments. As people have mentioned, the Auburn game. I was playing with a pocket knife while watching the game on TV, and when they blew the whistle for that BS call it folded down on my pointer finger, da#* near cut it off. It was a bad ending to a worse game.

Oregon St was probably my favorite. Sitting in a rain storm, watching the season opener the year after a NC against a PAC-10 team we were anxious to crush. JaMarcus comes into the game & the crowd goes wild - then, he does what we all prayed he could, he was awesome. Diving into the endzone for the 2pt conversion! OVERTIME!!!! And they miss another fieldgoal!!! LSU WINS! Man, that was fun.

The Capitol One Bowl has to be the biggest emotional roller coaster I've ever been through. Iowa blocks that punt, Saban puts in Flynn - what the hell is going on!? Then, Jamarcus comes in & is electrifying. Leading LSU back & scoring that final touchdown leaving Iowa under a minute. We start celebrating, jumping up & down - wait, settle down. let's watch the clock run out. Wait, no... no... noooooO!!!!!!! Then, just pain. Couldn't even tell what just happened, complete silence, wait & see - flags? No... game over. @(*&@$%@(#$&@#!!!!!

I'm partial to Skyler's over the shoulder grab against UGA. What a pass from Mauck. Destiny was in our crosshairs after that play.

Worst has to be the loss to UAB. I was in the student section trying to figure out why we just paid $400,000 to lose a Homecoming game.

Dang forgot about the Arky game. Wasn't that Matt Jones' 8th year as QB at Arky? More overrating of Houston's Nuts came from that game too.

For me, it was the 1994 Auburn game. LSU was the better team, defense was dominating the whole game. Yet we pass to convert a 3rd and short late in the game...not once, not twice, but three times.....why not run, and if you dont get it, punt and let the defense win the game because they were playing great all game.

UGH, i still get ticked thinking about it.

Damn after reading this it got me thinking:

I would say the biggest rushes of emotion would come from the bluegrass miracle (i was there and there was nothing like it)... the warren morris homerun (i was stationed in hawaii at the time and watching the game with about 5 miami fans)... LSU/Tennessee overtime (rushing on the field after holding tennessee out of the north endzone wow)...

Now as far as just the best i have felt from the game day experience to the 0:00: well the '01 sec cg (from the pep rally all i remember doing was screaming my heart out letting tennessee fans know that we were lsu and that we were not going away and that we were dominant force and lsu fans outnumbered 3 to 1 definately showed them who was boss) not to mention i think i cried at the end of that game... The LSU/ Florida Game wow taking down the big dogs (i was in hawaii at the time and i remember my mom calling right after the game and for about 5 solid minutes all i said was "oh my God" "oh my God"...

    Biggest disappointments (at once)
Capitol One Bowl- i dont remember being at a game where you thought you had it in the bag like that and all of a sudden it is like what just happened
Arkansas 02 i think it was last second bomb to beat us

    whole game disappointments
the jaime howard thing is big... i mean you are just like what the hell happened

the uab game though for me when i left that game i was like what the hell just happened...

happiest i was when i left a game after we lost
lsu vs. georgia last time we went to georgia 99 maybe... i talked more **** coz we only lost by one point to a team who was supposed to destroy us... shortly after the Road Purple Hooligans were formed...
