What kind of voting method does your area use?

    I guess after experiencing touch screen I'm just shocked that the methods the cavemen used are still in place!

    touch screen but let me add I think my vote was weighted more heavily with the old machines. I think my vote now goes into an espn poll and forgotten.

    Up here in Plano, we have touchscreens, but I didn't like how they were out in the open. Anybody could look over your shoulder and see your votes. I, too, remember going "behind the curtain" with my parents in the old voting booths in Louisiana. I voted in those myself a number of times before leaving for Texas.

    I like the old machines better too. Noise! Bells Ringing! You knew your vote had counted. Now its like voting on an internet poll.

    Paper ballot with #2 pencil. Pretty funny after using Louisiana's voting machines for so many years. I guess I assumed machines were used everywhere. Not so. :shock:
