Man this a question me and my friends were talking about and it was close for me but it would have to be Boston More Than a Feeling .

Me and my brother used to crank it up back in the eighties in Dallas when we were getting ready for a night out on the town and it would get us fired up.

Every time I hear one of their songs it brings back some fond memories of being young and single and partying in Dallas with all our friends on the weekends. It was a great time to be living in Dallas.

It is impossible to pick a single favorite album when you own over 1,000. But it would be on this short list.

    1. Abbey Road -- The Beatles
    2. The Band -- The Band
    3. Dark Side of the Moon -- The Floyd
    4. Stop Making Sense -- Talking Heads
    5. Abraxas -- Santana

Good choices. My top 5 would include your 1, 3, and 5. I'd trade the Band and Talking Heads for #4 Moody Blues 'In Search of the Lost Chord' and #2 Yes - -'Close to the Edge or maybe 'Relayer'.

And 'Dark Side of the Moon' would be #1. Always.

I could have put Sojourn - but on reflection I probably would go with Long Distance Voyager. And Sgt Peppers for Abbey.

It's like trying to pick the 5 most beautiful women in the last 50 years. The list changes with moments remembered.
