    I have no idea. I assume it is painted. That is a clue, I guess, they don't care if they scratch anything.

    I FOUND IT!!!! I started w/ a Haligan Bar and went from there.

    Here is a Haligan Bar. It is what firefighters use to breach doors in burning buildings.

    Red's device is a cousin to the Haligan Bar and is part of a door breaching system by a company called Blackhawk.

    Possibly. I was about to give the giveaway hint that it is a police tool. It is indeed a Dynamic Entry Mobile Home Door Breacher.

    Apparently there is no way to secure a mobile home. You could make one of these out of a hoe in your garage and be able to get quietly into a trailer in two seconds.
