    my experience with live traps is,.. when you open them, the mice are usually dead or dying

    The only ones I have ever used kills the mouse instantly.

    I use standard ones too,.. my mom though, sheesh, she burst into tears when I brought a regular trap over,.. the live ones worked great, but the heat would kill em in less than an hour.

    during the Vietnam war, the Navy used dolphins to protect our ships from enemy frogmen. The dolphins used a cone they pushed their nose into, the cone had a hypo needle attached to a co2 cartridge protruding from the end. The dolphins were trained to ram scuba divers, injecting gas into them, and causing a lethal air embolism. A problem was the dolphins didn't know friend from foe,.. I read about in Newsweek when I was a kid.

    OK, I don't know for sure what this is. My nephew is in Hawaii and he texted me this pic. I asked him what it was but he hasn't replied yet.
