    It is a brass, belt-driven machine tool with seven adjustments.

    Not tubing and I think it is the opposite of a bender.

    I don't think it is belt driven.

    In terms of a machine tool, I guess it depends on how you define 'machine tool'. It's not something someone would think of belonging in a machine shop".

    how big is this this thing? how much does it weigh? So, it has to be for making some type of precision part, no?

    It is for making or repairing some kind of precision part. But what kind of part?

    Is it not driven by that u-shaped pully on top? A round belt would drive that.

    There is nothing to give clues as to what device it makes parts for. It could be punching leather or setting grommets, or stamping a die.

    Considering what it is used for, I don't think it is that big. At least not big enough to to use a belt.
