It is sure to be something that pokes a hole in food. Just not sure what... You put the food in and screw the cap down that forces it down on the pokey thing at the bottom. And it is not for olives.... so how about a peach pitter?

 

no, and it does not poke holes in food. the stick thingy goes over the food pointed up, not down.
