I went to a JUCO in Texas that had a commercial diving and underwater welding curriculum. I worked briefly for a diving outfit and worked as a weldor for about 5 or 6 years before I came to LSU to get my degree.
Impressive. That would be at the bottom of the list of things I would want to do. Being far enough under for long enough to have to decompress scares the hell out of me. Those guys that stay down for days/weeks are true cowboys.
That one is either easy or a head scratcher. Just depends on your world. Hear is another that fits in that same description. You don't see these much anymore but they used to be very common.
Schikele once wrote the Concerto for Horn and Hardart. I think this is a Hardart. Actually I have one of these on my desk, so I'll pass.
I had to Google Hardart Red, nice. We can see if the others know either of these or if either of you have something ready, you can fire. Speaking of your desk Red, the one pictured has been on my desk since I was 15. It was probably 10 years old when my dad gave it to me. No mechanical maintenance has ever been done on it in those 47 years that I am aware of.
I'll pass on your second one as well. Before I went the JUCO route I spent one year at Tech, wasting my dad's money and my time (at least that's how he said it anyways) trying to become an engineer.
