Kyle, it holds "test tubes" but not the typical glass test tubes. But, yes, the tubes it holds is for testing....for something.
gyno at the free clinic has to be worst job ever. 350 lb'er with a rampant yeast infection and a couple stds carrying spawn would be spectacular. I have gyn stories, all true, that would curl your hair--or cause it to fall out (if you were bald). Problem is, you'd never go near a snatch again, and I would not want that on my conscience.
you put tubes filled with tissue samples in there and keep em warm to see if they grow massive cultures of sickness
i think its a separator thingy for medical use. where it separates cells or whatever. but i thought those were a centrifuge.
Martin is SO close, but not exactly there; I'm thinking that Martin gets this one; I hafta give it to him because he's described the material, but just not the reason. It's a 3M Attest Steam Incubator. It verifies that a physician (or clinic/hospital) sterilizer equipment is doing the job 100%. It incubates, at exactly 56 degree Celsius, 2 specimens; one, the control (with bacterial spores inside), the second, the same spore chamber--but was run through the sterilizer. After 3 days, one should show growth & the other, no growth. So, MARTIN WINS !
