Wow, I am out of the loop. When did this requirement occur? I haven't fished snapper and such in years. We always target tuna, wahoo, etc., so bloated bladders aren't really something I have dealt with in a long time.
I'm going to have to pass until I figure out how to host pictures. Otherwise, all one has to do is go to the properties and see where I got it from. So .. I'll let you give us another mind bender. How do you host pictures anyway??
you can download a picture to your computer, change the name, and then use the "upload a file" button to upload it to your post.

I believe it was 2008/09. Florida adopted the federal requirements that if you are targeting reef species you must have 3 things in your tackle box. A de-hooker, venting tool, and circle hooks. Most of the people I know read those first 2 as 'the old turkey injector' and 'needle nosed pliers'. Works just the same.
An alternative is to see if your internet service provider gives you a "personal web page". If so, you can host your pics there and copy the url to the pics then past them in the "insert/edit image" button when you post in a topic.
photobucket, twitpic, flickr, imageshack, tinypic, piknik, etc. Any of these sites will host your pics then you can just link to them. Herb, looks like onceanlsufan isn't gonna step up. You up for another of your nautical tools?
