Good enough. It is a tool for making old stained glass windows held together with lead strips. The glass cutter on the tip scores the glass and the notches snap the scored glass. The hammer head is for pounding a lead strip flat, the protuberances are for shaping the lead strips and the rounded tail is for setting the lead onto the glass. I'm really not sure what the slots are used for, but probably also for shaping the lead strips.
The slots are for snapping the piece of glass off after the glass is scored. The edge of the glass plate fits in the slots so that leverage can be applied to the edge.
