i was reading "it never rains in tiger stadium" but havent been reading it or anything else the past few weeks. however, i have been going through dozens of lighting catalogs, cabinet catalogs, plumbing fixture catalogs..... i am sick of the stacks of catalogs on my desk.
I am about halfway through Mayflower. A really good account of the first decades of the Pilgrims' experiences.
Oh my, you took that bait? :hihi: Half way through Meat Market and it's okay. Loved Bowls, Polls, and Tattered Souls.
I will read and re-read Tom Clancy (just finished up Without Remorse), Clive Cussler (Dirk Pitt series, though I think he's about run out of ideas), and W.E.B. Griffin The Corps series. Used to like Ludlum alot, but he's hard to follow sometimes. But, The Bourne Identity is my favorite of all time.
Anybody else like books by Harlan Coban.I have listened to about 8 of his books on audio.I drive over a thousand miles per week and audio books are a nice change of pace from the radio.
wow! you people read a very diverse selection of books. it makes me feel a bit geeky (ok...a lot geeky). i am currently reading: A Secret Atlas by Michael A. Stackpole (epic fantasy) and The Interpretation of Early Music by Robert Donington
The Elephant and the Dragon (rise of India and China). Oh, and Goodnight Moon - about seventeen times a week (3 yo daughter's fave)
Just finished reading "It Never Rains in Tiger Stadium". I couldn't put it down. Going to start reading the books from my hometown author James Lee Burke next. Just got most of them in from buying them off of Ebay. I recommend anyone read this book if they got some spare time!
