The regulations, in this case, were needed. I know b/c I would write a loan for $450K to anyone who could fog a fucking mirror. Even with tighter regulations, we are absolutely slaying it right now.....of course that has alot to do with the 2% and 3% fixed rates that are available, but still.......we are all getting fat and happy right now.
