That would be another subject, but giving, say, Tom Herman, the keys to that talent isn't a happy thought.

I've been MIA for a number of years now. Always loved this forum but life changes (divorce) caused me to pull back from the forum world. I have popped in and out over the years to read but decided not to participate due to time restraints. However, the state of our beloved program and the fact I live right in the middle of BammerHam is becoming increasingly difficult to stomach while constantly being surrounded and working with bammer gumps.

I was at a party Saturday, mostly made up of gumps (and one Whiskey grad), to watch the LSU game and then (BARF) the bammer game, I can tell you most bammer's are happy LSU kept Miles. They think, and rightly so, that he is just a doofus who caught lightning in a bottle for his NC and has mainly lived off luck and superior talent. I so wish that we can upset the gumps this year because I've been eating a pile of shit burgers since that NC game in 2012. I've had enough to last a lifetime.

I was a Miles supporter even with the evidence that began showing its ugly face in 2012. I'm now completely reconciled to the fact he will never change, never win anything again without blind luck and he is mostly the laughing stock of college football and has been for some time due to his quirkiness. For the last 4 or 5 years every time someone finds out Im an LSU grad its always the same type of response mentioning that "goofy" coach. I'm sick of it. I travel extensively and its the same response all the time. Miles has a poor reputation to the outside world and NOBODY I come across credits him for LSU's success.

Miles has made us a laughing stock even with 10 win seasons. Stupid hat, stupid incoherent comments, interviews, eating grass, etc, etc. What a fuggin joke.

Damn, the Ol' Head Ball Coach is on line this morning talking about our woefully inept offense. That sucker would get us going, that is for sure!

Miles is not head coach material - he's at best an assistant offensive line coach and he should focus on our O line cause it's his supposed expertise and experience.

After LSU won the bowl game last season, I don't recall any fans of other schools laughing at Miles's coaching ability. I recall many folks saying that if LSU fired Miles, many other college teams would love to have Miles.

Now, as for me, I have never thought highly of Miles's coaching abilities. Whenever I expressed that, most common response was "Miles is a CEO coach. He hires great O and D Coordinators and he lets them coach."

As far as I can tell since Saturday, the only fans calling for Miles to be fired immediately are LSU fans. Most fans from other schools realize the folly of firing your head coach after the very first game of the season.

Brandon Harris has been in this system 3 years now. If he hasn't developed by now I don't think he will. I also don't think Cam has any creativity at all.

Time to get the ball rolling on changes to the offense and coaching staff. Start at the top first. Les, Cam and BDP would be my first three to say bye bye.

It's Lindsay Scott time. Maybe he has the brain to understand when to fucking take off, Harris thinks he is Tom Brady. Looks more like Jan Brady on the bench crying.

while I am not even a 10% supporter of Miles, I don't think he should be fired....yet.
