Thanks! :thumb: We did play a very tough 4th quarter with you guys. USC's defense *might* be as good as last year's LSU 2nd or 3rd string defense. The USC ****ers aren't going to know what hit them when they get to play a physical team. I can't wait. We are peaking at the right time. We played our most complete game of the year last Saturday. You could tell by the way we played on both sides of the ball and the team attitude. "Finish" has been the mission of the team year for the post season.. They played that way too by making Colorado look like a Jr. High Football team.

I feel confident about an OU win primarily for one reason: Stoops. Talent levels will be close on both sides, but the true difference will be between the guys wearing the headphones on the sidelines. Stoops is way too arrogant and driven to get shown up again like he did in 2003. Funny how the man stumbles over one two-game period in 2003 and everyone forgets how freaking dominant a big game coach he's been the past 5 years. Add to this a pissed-off Jason White, a man-child in A.P. and a disrespected defense and it can get ugly (I hope so). Does USC have players as mean and hungry to win at all costs as Jason White? Dan Cody? Can USC throw themselves, time and again, against the wall in a desperate attempt to come back from behind, as OU very nearly did against a hostile crowd last year in the Sugar Bowl? I doubt it. OU never, ever gave up, and how can anybody not respect that kind of grit (which, until this year's game in Athens, I also thought LSU had)?
