    "On My Country, And My World" by Mikhail Gorbachev. An interesting "insider's" account of the breakup of the USSR, but also very revealing about the man himself. A little conceited, if you ask me. According to Gorbachev, the West didn't win the Cold War. It simply failed to exist anymore because of his peristroika policies and the peaceful intentions of the Soviet Union.
