    That is under the flawed assumption that Russia wants to re-establish an empire! Remember after we destroyed Japan? Did we continue to fear they would rebuild their empire? NOPE ... we helped them get on their feet and now they are a solid ally.

    In re “NATO Aggression “ a reminder NATO never had to invade a country to prevent it from leaving. The Warsaw Pact did it twice and Russia has invaded at least 3 countries trying to pull them back into the Russian orbit. Don’t give me any crap about people choosing to join Russia.
