I was thinking before the play that I could go to Seimone since they were sure to swarm Temeka, but you don't want to take the ball out of the hands of the best playmaker in women's college hoops. It did not look like we had one or two screens set up to help Temeka down the floor; that was probably the death knell.
I wish I was drunk right now. It would ease the pain somewhat, or I would atleast pass out and forget all about what happened today.
i figured they'd swarm temeka and she could still get the ball down and to hodges on the right wing for a 3 and a chance to win it. I think Pokey did the right thing putting it into the only one who could push the ball up the court but she lost the handle which she never does. she kept them in this entire game so its sad to see it come down to her turning over the ball and fall on her shoulders. it was only her 2nd turnover of the game. bad luck. she gets the ball up the court 99% of the time regardless who is on her.
Congrats to the lady tigers for a great year and making the final four. Unfortunately Tenn hit shots down the stretch and we didn't.. It'll make us beating them in football and baseball that much sweeter now!

Thank god and sweet moses that basketball season is over. The ladies did good but w/out a slam dunk it's hard for me to watch that $hit. The girls couldn't out jump a 550 pound dead man. The mens team sucked. I hope we get a new coach next year. I miss Dale Brown. He was a good coach and great at recruiting.
I thought it was ridiculous that Seimone was so bad. I mean every shot was a brick off the back of the rim. Thius reminded me of the baseball game Friday night, we gave them every chance in the world to come back and win. You have to do like Saban did to Arkansas, just run up the score until your out of sight. Granted, it is obvious that Summit owes the refs favors.
