Yes! They held Kentucky's high powered offense to only 14 points!

This game is perfect scheduling. We will be hard pressed to get up for a game this week after last week. We need an easy game.
With this game , we could play second and third string players that dont get to play and win this game. We have players like the freak and la'el Collins that would be hungry to show what they could do. These players that don't get much playing time will be dieing to get on the field and show the world what they can do. These are the guys that we need to let play this game in the entire second half. Mett would be in that group as well.

On another note, we should have lee come in and throw thirty times for three hundred yards to get him back in gear. He needs a day like that. Let him throw lots of short, high percentage passes that will bring up his confidence and then air it out so he can have some yardage to hang his hat on.
We need to see if jj can throw better since he's been working with krag. Give jj twenty passes to see what he's got. This will be the perfect game to get the air attack going. We know we can run the ball. We put 150 on bama rushing. That says it all. Let's get some air raid going incase we need it aginst arky. Where am I wrong here?

I didn't hear an injury report. How did the Tigers come out of the Bama game?

Well said RW, do we need to add a 5th quater to accomplish all of that? I think restoring J. Lee's confidence is paramount, along with staying healthy this game. My crazy Mad Hattin Daddy is right, I now think we really do need them both. I didn't think we needed J.J. but now I think we do.

We would have lost aginst bama without jj's leadership. It wasn't his ability as much as the confidence and control he managed the game with when jl melted down. I dogged out jj. I was wrong and a damn fool. We need both these qb's. That's why les is ranked the best coach in NCAA football and I am working at an oil refinery.

After what happened in the Bama game with our passing game almost non-existent, it will hard to get Mett any valuable PT this weekend.

#1 accomplishment for this weekend's game is to get Lee going again. Get JJ some more passing reps as well. Mett might play the last half of the 4th quarter if he is lucky.

Something tells me this game will be close until we pull away in the 2nd half (I predict a 13-6 LSU lead at the half).

Not sure if you're really serious, but that is not going to happen.

I would hope for something along the following:

    Lee 11-15 149 yards, 1 TD
    Jefferson 5-8 61 yards, 1 TD, 1 Rushing TD
    Mett 2-3, 29 yards, 0 TD

    18-26, 239 yards, 2 TDs, 1 Rushing TD

The rest of the TDs will be by our running backs. We need to get Ware going again as well (obviously not much of a concern there).

    LSU 37, WKU 9

Btw, the betting line is crazy (41 1/2) with LSU coming off the high of the Bama win. No way we can play at an ultra high level this Saturday night and keep up the intensity, especially early in this game.
