    But they probably don't have my 52" inch HDTV that I'm dying to watch LSU football on. It won't matter if he's there or not, I always end up watching my LSU football by myself (or with my 8-year-old.)

    Yeah its great living a half mile from the US nationals, for me it's like a rabbit in a briar patch. You can lay in my pool in the back yard and hear the top fuel guys run....smell the Nitro!

    PLUS Indy has a HUGE LSU alumni club. We have get togethers EVERY weekend during season and several durin the off season, Like Mardi Gras. We even had a Baseball celebration party!

    Cant wait till the last minute so I made a checklist for next weekend:

    All TV's, flatscreen, Cable boxs in working order? check
    remotes in proper place and working order? check
    tiki torches full? check ( night game )
    Pool heater working? check
    Coke machine on back porch full of corona? check ( we stock the Coke machine with beer.) :D
    : note pick up Lime for the corona ;)
    baby back ribs unthawed in fridge? check ( it is labor day )
    LSU beer huggies all clean? check
    LSU neon sign working and NC hats in proper place? check
    Propane bottle full (for grill) check

    new LSU shirt clean? check.
    LSU swim trunks washed/dryed? check
    Neighbors aware it IS football season and WE ARE LSU? check

    LSU alumni email checked for party places/ view ins etc ? check
    Noted: No alumni view ins for the first game due to 1030 start time.... :dis:

    JSRacing ready for the Tigers to KICK some AZZ this year ? HELL YEAH!

    Greetings to all, and I am sure I am as ready for football to begin as anyone! I am working overseas and have for three decades so I don't get to take in any games at all. I used to have to depend on the International Herald Tribune that would come in about Tuesday each week to get the scores from the past weekend. The advent of the internet has meant that I can get real time scores and somewhat follow the games. However, I spend my time in very undeveloped countries with slow bandwidth and no TV system, like now in Guinea, West Africa.

    My wife and I will be yelling for LSU as hard as anyone, it will just be hard to hear us. The best of luck to the Tigers and to all the fans.
