In this case it would appear so. Without any physical evidence that a rape took place it's just another he said she said.

 

So I'm gonna play devil's advocate for a minute, just because some schmos at the BRPD say the woman isn't credible doesn't mean that Phillips didn't rape this woman. And it looks like she is a student athlete as well. Makes you wonder if this young woman will continue her student athlete career at LSU. Also means you have to put Phillips on one short ass leash. Even though the police aren't following through with the investigation again doesn't mean Phillips didn't assault this woman, so if I'm Coach O, I sit this kid down and say. You dodged a bullet. The next one won't miss. Don't be in the situation where the trigger is pulled.

 

It makes me wonder if the next headline we'll see is is a suit regarding Title IX.
