When I was young the San Francisco double A farm team was in Shreveport La. They were the Shreveport Captains. They moved about 15 to 20 years ago Texas and then Connecticut. But used to go out to Captains games all the time.in the summer.

Bob Brenly former Giant catcher played in Shreveport.

Always followed them and married my wife who was a huge Giant fan. We go to 15 to 20 games a year.

We went to some playoff and World Series games during the Worl Series years.
