The only thing dumber than this rule is the person who sets the start time of these games. If you know you have to finish by a certain time, why not start early enough to avoid this problem?
No $hit, if you think you might run into this problem, start the game atleast 4 hours in advance. Right now I think they start it 3 hours before they have to leave. That's just stupid.
it was a foul but the homeplate ump overruled the other right when it happened, letting him round the bases, crowd going nutz. then they huddle and overrule it. absolutely horrible game management despite the correct call. you cannot allow that to happen. also, ties are even worse than losses. this is unthinkable in sports. thats why soccer is not a sport. this isnt spring freaking training.
