Was it really necessary for USC to go for it on fourth down when they are leading by so much? I know its Arkansas job to stop them but the game is over already, what is he trying to prove? Matt Lienhart shouldn't have even stepped on the field in the second half. As much as I don't want to see someone get injured you almost hope something would happen to Matt's season for just being so arrogant. It doesn't have to be a serious injury maybe just some turf toe. Sorry for the rant but man they could put the band on the field now and not lose.

wow, imagine the possibilities if Leinart got turf toe, sure would be hard to complete his course in "Ballrooom Dancing"...he could be put on academic probation

USC scored 4 offensive touchdowns in 8 plays, spanning the first 10 minutes of the game.

They are in another stratosphere and should be banned from NCAA football.

I'll tell you what, their punter has a tough job. He has punted once in the first two games. Must be tough to just sit on the sideline and collect free trips and rings.

70-17! Heard that Houston Nutt put in a call to FEMA, but it was too late!

Yeah, or how bout going for it on 4-6 when the score is 49-10 ... I'm sure PC felt that was "necessary" to keep them from coming back.... lol

And playing the starters until about the 5 minute mark in the 3rd qtr.... which is a step up from their trouncing of Hawaii, where thestarters played 'til the start of the 4th qtr... it's all about the Heisman.

Yeah we seem to be pretty horrible this year. I guess we'll find out when Bama rolls us this week. The state of the Hogs is at it's all time lowest in most people's opinons. The fans are hurt, depressed, and furious. I'll still go to the games and support the team this year, I just might have to wear my LSU colors

Hope you guys smoke UT this week.

Everybody knew Arky lost a ton of experience from last year. It was unrealistic to expect early success in a classic rebuildng phase. Nutt can coach and I suspect your guys will hang in there and get more competitive as the year goes on. Hang in there. It took me 30 years to dump the Saints.

Sounds exactly like what people were saying about OU in 2003.
