    They are the only organization with enough money and political pull to effectively fight for our 2nd amendment rights.

    2nd amendment foundation seems to be far more assertive in legal battles. To me it almost seems the nra likes more legal encroachment just to receive more membership dues.

    Legal sale of firearms/ammo is/has been effectively banned in Orleans for over a decade. Not much news there. Like banning TVs in the mormon communities.
