Going into this game tonight we have to attack and get ahead and never let up from the get go. Nothing worse then taking the crowd out and getting them down after a loss quickly ! No conservative play calling. Get after them from the first play on for 60 minutes. Dito.... :geaux::LSU231::tigerhead

Are you sure? Wouldn't it be better to play passively and let MSU jump on us and THEN attack?

dont worry dude. the LSU defense will punishing from start to finish. it will be over before it starts. moo u will never get any sort of offense going, and they will be dishearted after the first series. lsu could call runs up the middle all day and still win 30-6.

If MSU doesn't stack the box, they are silly.

Does anyone think lsu will try and pass the ball 20+ times to see if lee can mount an effective passing attack aginst an sec opponet or do we throw less than 20 times and power run all game?
I wish lsu would come out with a four wide set a couple times and try to establish a true passing attack. If lee could be 18 out of 26 and show that we can throw the ball, the world will take notice and not stack the box as often. The fear of a true 200+ passing game would help in the voting also. That's what we had in 2007. Our passing game in07 was good enough to get flynn drafted in the NFL. I would love to see a real passing game at lsu. Maybe next year.

I think it depends on whats happening in the trenches ....if were winning the battle upfront.....I dont thing we throw very much.....but if they are stacking the box it forces our hand a little to throw the ball......however if they stack the box the way oregon did .....and still can't stop the run....then the game is over!! 75% run game we win.....60% run game we win....50% run game I think we still win......60% or better passes ......we might see mett in there to save the game.
