We gained 361 yards on 15 possessions against Florida. 1/3 of those possessions ended in a turnover and another 2 or 3 were stopped by offensive penalties. Same thing happened in the MSU and Vandy games. Maybe 40 is a stretch, but our mistakes on offense are costing us a couple of TDs each game. We haven't had many 3 and out possessions this year. If we stop shooting ourselves in the foot, this offense will score a lot of points. But that is a big IF...
Well as far as D stats go, Auburn leads Florida in total D by about 4 yards a game per the SEC Off. Site. I would venture to say Florida has played a few tougher opponents.........but it all comes down to the teams that will play the game, the only stats that may count will be the ones in the game. LSU will win............ :thumb:
