Had? On a message board? I guess in reality the only thing I might have lost was a few kind words. If that's the price to be paid then c'est la vie. I choose to see the glass half full.
Bravo to all. You guy are a class act. I’m sorry that I picked on you I_of_the_Tigrr. I hope there is no hard feeling. We are all fan of Tiger football. By the way, English is also my second language. I know how LSULSULSU felt when he got challenge with his English. I urge everyone who has the great command of English be a moderator to make this board a pleasant forum for everyone.
I think you're right, BUT It's a great thread either way! If LSULSULSU is for real, it's a great story. If LSULSULSU is pullin' our legs, it's still a great story. Zai jin
Re: I think you're right, BUT Amen, brother. As my friend Mr. Costello once mused: What's so funny 'bout peace, love, and understanding?
I wouldn't mind another Tiger becoming a Patriot! Faulk, Green, Davey, Kinchen (although he'll probably be gone after this season)...I can't get enough LSU flavor! However, with the players already on the Patriot D-line, I doubt Hill would be one of their selections--unless, of course, they do take him in the later rounds (which, I guess a lot of people are projecting that that's where Hill will fall to). What I would REALLY LOVE is for the Pats to select Clayton!!! It could happen! The Patriots own two 1st round picks and two 2nd round picks. Since they declined to pick up Antowain Smith's option, thus making him a free agent, they'll be looking to add another RB (Faulk is good--and a lot of people like him here, but he's mainly a 3rd Down back and "change of pace" back). But another need the Pats have is for a tall, physical wideout--Michael Clayton certainly fits that billing. And because the Pats like a bit of "smash-mouth" running, Clayton's blocking skills would come in PERFECTLY!!
