Pissing your customers off seems like a bad business model, but like McDonald's employees, the players dgaf. Of course the statement is that America doesn't care about black people; it's really poor people America doesn't care about. But we don't care less than many other nations don't care. Many socialist countries aren't nearly as diverse as we are.

If liberals are 'snowflakes' because of how easily they get hurt feelings and lash out (they are, it's silly) - then you gotta be fair and make fun of a grown man setting fire to his gear because some players make a statement he doesn't like.

this has much more to do with partisanship than protest except for maybe kaepernick. You served this country for his right to do that. It's what makes us great.

In America we all can be as stupid as we can get away with

i served so he and you and everyone else could have the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. if he went out in front of the camera and said i think black men in america are treated badly. i would say site examples, but would argue for his right to say so. all that said trump is an asshole for elevating this shit higher than it would have gone on its own.

Yes to everything you just said. If the athletes want to speak out about injustice, speak out about it. But this kneeling nonsense is, in fact, disrespectful to the country. Now, maybe they don't care. I'm not in their heads.

And Trump just made this a much larger issue than it needed to be. He needs to learn when to stfu.

I still can't believe we had to choose between Trump and HIllary Rodham Clinton. Our country has really gotten sad with that turn of events.

My best friend is a marine and he says that expressing your right to free speech is what he did 3 combat tours for. He is a police officer now and he doesn't see a problem with it. He wouldn't do it, but it is what it is.
