there actually is a difference if it is being handled internally IMO. One, until VERY recently was sold over the counter and contains no THC and the other....well, we know about the other I see your point though and ultimately agree.

I see two major issues that exist for the University from this.

1. either the student newspaper is printing libel
2. rogue employees are breaking federal law.

Either way the AD has some risk management issues to deal with.
