I'm not on a ledge, i understand that it is what it is. A lot of fans of other schools are already viewing us as becoming Thug U due to JJ's off field issues as well as the constant jawing on the field. Adding more disciplinary actions into the mix only fuels the perception of other fans looking at us as a Thug U. That being said if a few players smoke pot and get in a handful of fights that doesn't seem that bad compared to some issues other schools have had. Perhaps because we get so much media spotlight these days whenever something goes sideways it adds to some of the negative perceptions out there.
Or it could be our finest hour Depends on how you want to look at it Note :stolen from Apollo 11 movie
Yes random testing is done. Each school has set ways to handle this. Some are very lax. That being said the Jenkins kid was one that turned heads. Because of depth, the Red-Shirt was set. It may get yanked this game.
I have faith that we have other guys that can step up against Auburn. But if it is for more than 1 game.....
Urban Meyer had something like 36 players arrested for felony charges in his tenure at Florida. I don't really care what the media thinks of us because they are all ass holes. They will say whatever sells papers or get their stories read.
I lent them my calculator and I rigged it to where it rounds down every time. "A person familiar with the decision says No. 1 LSU has suspended star cornerback Tyrann Mathieu, along with defensive back Tharold Simon and running back Spencer Ware for this Saturday's home game against Auburn." That pretty much says it will be a 1 game suspension.
