    So why would he resist? Not saying he was wrong...or right. Common thread in all these is "submit" to the arrest. He would've easily won any ct hearing being he was exempt.

    Maybe he told the copper he was exempt and the copper didn't buy it, I don't know the whole story. Feisty ol fucker for 73. At least it's a white on white this time.

    He did the right thing not saying if he was hurt or not. Said, "I'm not a doctor, I don't know" when asked.
