His new get tough policy is aimed at repeat offenders. Vick is not a repeat offender, so he will sit back and wait until the case is resolved in court. Odds are this trial won't start until the end of the year, at the earliest. Vick will play this season.
Electrocuting, hanging, and slamming dogs down on concrete to kill them is not a "little tussle". If you can't see the wrong in this there is something very wrong with you. May Michael Vick rot. I'd love to see him get shanked in prison.

If he does play which I hope he doesn't, he will be booed everytime he touches the ball and will give the NFL and the Falcons a black eye. IMHO it isn't just about the animal torture but his rap sheet that was stated about being a violent person. We can argue all the day long about killing animals for various reasons but it doesn't take away Michael Vick is a scumbag. If any of us "normal" folks have had the same rap sheet as Vick we wouldn't have gotten off as easy. This is one of the problems I have with the justice system in this country. I think any famous or rich person should be treated the same as me or you but its not that way! Having said that I don't think these people should be given a break time and time again because who they are! What a waste of talent!
