    I knew it!

    My husband has had to love LSU because I love the Tigers, but the singular event that actually made him into a fan on his own was the day of the Arkansas game in '03. We were driving to my uncle's tailgate party (they were having the leftovers of their Thanksgiving Day feast.) But we passed not one, but TWO, groups roasting full pigs.

    He said, "Wait a second; they're actually roasting the other team's mascot? I love that!"

    I told him, "Babe, that's a tradition around here. If it was Florida we were playing, you'd be smelling fried gator."

    The past 3 years we have done a PIG! This year for Florida we are doing ShisKabobs with Gator

    At least we have South Carolina on the schedule this year. Chicken is easy and delicious any way you cook it...
