That's the right attitude. I think this grudge has gone on too long. Lets just schedule some games together, enjoy a new rivalry, and have a good time together as college football fans. I wish it were that easy to get it done.

For me as an LSU fan, I've run out of the energy and lost any desire to follow or fervently root for NCAA sanctions against another school. I hope the truth is exposed, guilty or not guilty, the NCAA takes appropriate action (whether it be light or hard punishment, as long as it fits the crime if any), and continues to do so for ALL schools. But I have no extra desire to see them go after USC than any other team. I just want CFB to be as fair as possible, for more programs to follow the rules, and for the NCAA to catch and fairly punish those that don't.

If USC broke some rules, sure punish them, but even though you could make a case that the McKnight thing has a direct affect on LSU, we probably shouldn't be wasting so much time worrying about it.


PS: I know it sounds like I just got done smoking a peace pipe but don't get me wrong, I still call their coach "One Pete" :wink:
