As smart as Lane Kiffin? What am I missing here? The guy made stupid move after stupid move at Tennessee.

This is the same Kiffin that incorrectly accused Meyer of NCAA violations and then got busted himself for multiple infractions because he didn't know the rules.

I don't know how much stock I put into his read on the NCAA rules committee.

Looks like the announcement has been postponed. Wonder how many USC alumni are on the NCAA infractions committee?

Is anybody actually surprised at not finding out today. It's apt to be another year!

Sure they do, they will drag it out in hopes that people tire of waiting for it and so that when the official "slap of the wrist" comes down there will be no outrage. The days of "heavy" penalties are gone and I don't expect much to come of this. Probably about the same as the OU Rhett Bomar Big red sports deal. Lose some schollys (a few) and maybe vacate some stuff that no one cares about anyway. After what happened to SMU and the absolute devastation that was caused by their death penalty I don't think we will ever see anything close to it again.
