It is true... The limit on recruiting like Official visits etc... was not a sanction listed for football. However, one of their assistant coaches can not recruit at all and there are some limitations of this sort in basketball.
Nope they can only sign 15 this year and the next two years, plus stay under 75. "Reduction of football athletics scholarships to 15 initial grants and 75 total grants for each of the 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 academic years. This represents a decrease of 10 scholarships for each of the three seasons."
i thought that was pretty funny. i guess the rest of the programs covered their tracks a little better. :hihi:
