Yeah, the title of the linked article is that Herman is NOT the source. While it quotes Snook saying Herman is the source, it also makes it clear from McMurphy that Herman is not.

You’ll hear something within the next 24 hours I’d imagine. The Board is wanting immediate reinstatement but OSU President wants suspension. UM is seeking immediate reinstatement because he’s saying he did nothing wrong. It’s a s*** show and I bet he gets reinstated immediately since the board hires and fires university presidents. UM is a lying POS and OSU should be embarrassed to have him as an employee and face of their football program. No moral character whatsoever.
Yep. Back just in time for Conference play. I bet if they weren’t at Penn State week 5 they would have said 6 game suspension. I think more will surface and Ohio State will be standing in more shit before it’s all over.
Personally, I'm okay with this. He is suspended. He's the HC, and to be suspended for 3 games is a message. He should have been more forthright, but it's a precarious position. He didn't perpetuate an action himself, and this occurred 3 years ago. If this had been LSUs HC, we'd all be breathing a sigh of relief.
So we just had a press conference where we were thanking the board and president and apologized to the fans. I wonder if there is someone else out there they could think about and apologize to. I feel like there might be just one other person...
