1. Georgia #10 more than likely, remote chance at #9, very remote.
  2. I heard Jerry Palm of college rpi.com say that if N.D. beats Syracuse it would be impossible for LSU to jump USC. This stuff is making me crazy.
  3. I think Palm is wrong when he says it would be 'impossible', but it would take a miracle.
  4. I thought that if either Notre Dame loses, OR Boise State and Bowling Green won, LSU would most likely be #2?
  5. I think Miami of Ohio win pushes back USC in 2 computer polls. I think BG/Miami game is a win/win for LSU. The fact they walk on the field is beneficial?

    Any enlightenment?
  6. Tellshow doesn't believe USC gets pushed back to 4th in both. Most likely just 1 poll. Now, if USC is #4 in one & tied for #3 in the other ... LSU goes with a #10 ranked GA. When all the favorites win ... it comes to this

It all comes to LSU having to make -.2 QW points for a Sugar

If this dumb rule had been removed years ago ... as it was an obvious oversight and was unfair ... with a -.4 QW deduction would win the #2 spot.
  7. I'm sorry, but I'm not seeing any way a 3 loss Georgia stays ahead of a 2 loss Miami (Fla) club. If you see a way, please explain Ramah.
  8. Miami FL is currently ranked #10 BCS ... they move to #9 and Georgia moves from #7 BCS to #10 behind them ... with a GA loss
    does that splain' it ...
  9. Uh, yeah, you proved MY point. You were saying LSU needs to stay AHEAD of Miami (Fla), so you explain by saying they will be BEHIND them? Good job.
  10. Miami FL win finish ahead of Georgia.
