My opinion is a good deal of what is considered racism is more like bigotry. Not a fan of either but there is a difference.
so who fact checks with the daily beast as the standard? drill down into the ‘unbiased’ fact check article and the degree of bias comes into question
Its alleged that in the slave days, Florida gator hunters would use slave babies as bait. Won't find any racism in the "Tiger Bait" chant, but fact is, the Tiger mascot is a reference to a Civil War Louisiana regiment called the Tiger Rifles. According to wikipedia, eventually the name Louisiana Tigers referred to every Louisiana unit in Lee's Army of Northern Virginia. It's coming....you know it's coming.
