I bet Hiller makes a half ass attempt to prosecute then says there's not enough evidence and dismisses it.
Which is terrible because they already know they don't have enough for a conviction so that means it is an all out assault on JJ squared. There is no other reason to prolong this charade
Moore has already said that he's giving it to a grand jury to avoid any appearances of bias on his part. It won't help him in the next election.
