He can ask, but don't think it's going to happen.

Certainly not in time for OU. He may give in, however, for Northwestern or maybe MooU, reasoning that Unglesby's "punishing him for a mere accusation" argument is correct, but that the suspension was warranted given that JJ was clearly involved in the fight to some extent if the police saw cause to arrest him. Just thinking out loud here.

Yes, not going to happen. Unglesby better concentrate on the charges against his client and forget about football for the time being. The sooner he gets the case settled the sooner JJ can think about getting back on the field. If he's wasting time presenting arguments to the administration at LSU and not those in the justice system he is doing his client an injustice. This smells of a look at me, look at me ploy to me. He better get to work defending his client.

I don't believe there is no way CLM reinstating JJ until charges/case is dropped and he is found innocent.

So, it's your theory that the suspension was because JJ sucks and the arrest was a good excuse to sit him out?

JJ ruined his own career by being there and succumbing to some part in that brawl whether or not he was drawn into it or aggressively pursued it. Not quite the team leader he wants to be. Certainly he cannot play in the Oregan game.
