    .
black people that i know well, sure. i have some black friends that even make fun of how stupidly oversensitive other blacks are about n-bombs. i know one black guy that is really funny and he always makes fun of white people being scared to say anything racial around black people. he does a great "white guy" voice.

obviously i cant go around calling random people that, although i wish i could and the world would be a far better place if it wasnt for all the pc crap.

i dont like to have to make special concessions to anyone. i enjoy making fun of people, especially my friends. i dont like that some people are whiney wimps and make excuses to get angry.

i have black friends that make fun of whites and i love it. its hilarious. i can make fun of blacks to their face also. they dont care. we are easygoing, we are not trying to get angry at every little thing. if only everyone would lighten up

BengalB, the attention in the media does not help LSU, it serves to drag both Ole Miss & LSU down, and is an unwanted distraction. Watch what coach Saban says about this crap when questioned later this week. He'll handle it right.

Martin, do you think the Ole Miss players were calling Lavalais and Spears nigger in a friendly way like you do with your friends? It's all about the intent involved. It sounds like the Rebel offensive line probably has a few players that are stuck in the past, not progressing into the future like you claim to be.

explain to me what you mean by intent. what exactly do you think those ole miss players meant, and why should anyone care?

if it is about intent, then how come the only word that would have started this discussion is nigger? what exactly is the intent? i bet you can have the same "intent" and use different words and its not a story. in fact i bet you could tell the opposing players you are gonna smash their face in and no one will care.

its not about intent. if those ole miss players hate black people so much, then how come they play with so many blacks? if it was racially motivated then why arent they using the same slurs towards their teammates? they hate blacks who happen to be wearing purple and gold? dont be silly. what they really hate is being schooled by lavalais, and being overpowered and outplayed by him. what really happened is they were outmanned and were pissed and hoping to anger LSU.

on the field you try to piss people off, to get under their skin. even if thoise ole miss players are in fact racist and hate every blask person, who cares? assholes are assholes, i dont prosecute thought crimes. name calling is childish and unimportant.

I am by no means an expert...

But, my bosses recently reprimanded(written) an individual for emailing a buddy and using the n-bomb in the message. The email unfortunately was accidently sent to the boss, what do you guys think about that???

I can't say I agree with the decision.

What do you guys think about that??

Most companies have very explicit rules governing use of e-mail. The guy may have gotten reprimanded for using business e-mail for personal use, though, i'm sure, the n-bomb certainly didn't help.

    Do you believe two two?

That's what I thought he should have been slapped on the wrist for. But the "thought police" was incited and the reprimand was solely based on the language. BTW He is a young black man that used the term in reference of another Black stage performer. I akin the term to general poor language or slang, and i find no real harm in any word, but unprofessional in general.

This is the absolute dumbest post I've seen in my time here. Clearly you are someone who is just BEGGING for an argument with Ramah and don't need much of an excuse to start one.
