Article 6 says that laws and treaties that are constitutional are lawful. How does that supercede the constitution?

That'd be as crazy as the Feds suing a state for enforcing immigration laws or a city prohobiting law abiding citizens from keeping guns in their own houses. Or Martin being told he couldn't buy a supersize coker but had to buy health insurance. It's all open to how the supreme court justices interpret it and we know kagan and sotomayor wouldn't uphold it let alone the rest of them. Next thing you know they'll tell me I couldn't smoke in my own truck if my kids are in it.
and no one is going to ever take anyone's guns, no matter what the UN does it won't trump the 2nd amendment. This is just another trick by the NRA to scare people into buying more guns and making donations. Looks like it's working.
I dont subscribe to the. NRA but I do need some more firearms and a safe. Glock 40 and 338 magnum is the next 2. Nothing says loving like a 185 grain bullet at 2700 fps.
No amendment does. The Supreme Court came down with that ruling back in 1957, and I think it has been confirmed by subsequent rulings.
