I'm pretty sure they aren't using a taser in that video. That is a stun gun. I have been hit with one of those, and they do have some kick but are not all that bad. Taser's are much worse and pack a lot of wallop.
isnt a taser jut a stun gun with probes that shoot? and technically werent the cops using a stun gun and not a taser? the loser kid said "dont tase me bro", but he hadn not done a proper examination of what was about to shock him.
they should just use cattle prods. im sure theyre more accurate. hey, they could also carry water pistols, so they could wet em down first. o, but only if they dont use the water pistols on women wearing white shirts, because that would get them in trouble.
No they are very different weapons. The stun gun targets one particular part of the body, and only affects the area where the prongs make contact with the body. It takes about 5 seconds of contact to really incapacitate some one. A taser overrides the entire nervous system nearly instantly and incapacitates someone immediately. If those college kids had been hitting each other with tasers they would not have shocked themselves more than once. I didn't see the weapon used in the video. It looks like the short black cop was pointing a taser at the dude early on.
