Pure entertainment. I don't take it serious that's why I always respect others opinions and I'm thrown by some of the comebacks...because it is not that serious. 95% of the information in here is speculation and opinions. Every now and then, someone gets it right. So you're right, it's not that serious. No one has to answer the person asking the question if they don't feel it's warranted, right? The time it takes to point them to the thread could have been used to answer the question. Thanks for your feedback, though.
Sabanfan knows I am just giving him a hard time. As far as the protocol police, try going to tigerdroppings. We're angels compared to those guys. They are ruthless. I just think TF separates itself from the other sites by not posting senseless rumors that are totally unfounded and don't have 12 threads on the same thing.
Thanks for the welcome guys, I am already a Saints fan (frequenting saintsreport everyday) and I decided to begin following college football last year to check on NFL draft prospects. I started the way I got into the NFL, by buying the video game, and LSU was the obvious choice. I have done my best to follow last year and moreso this year mostly over the internet, I especially love the recruiting part. I am too young/poor to go over to La. for a Saints or LSU game yet but I was at the game in Wembley earlier this year. I have explored what it would take to go to college at LSU after I leave school, I don't know how I'd be able to swing that one by my family though.:hihi: :geaux:
The schools that have the most Under Armour All-Americans already committed to them: 5 - Georgia 5 - Texas 5 - Ohio State 4 - LSU (Shep, Loston, Downs, Lowe) 4 - Florida State 3 - Southern Cal 3 - Florida 3 - Oklahoma 3 - Michigan 3 - South Carolina 3 - Stanford
I may have just lost my position as the TF poster who lives the furthest away Baton Rouge to Maui 4076.3 Miles Baton Rouge to Belfast 4358.6 Miles Welcome Zorro.
Six prospects are scheduled to announce their commitments during Sunday's live game broadcast: --CB Branden Smith of Atlanta --OL John Martinez of Utah --C Mark Brazinski of New Jersey The Seminole Trio from Seminole High School (Florida 6A state champions) --ATH Ray Ray Armstrong --DE Dyron Dye --WR Andre Debose
I like the college game much more than the pro game. A kid is in college for 4 years (the best can go pro after their 3rd year if they declare for the pro draft), so the teams are constantly turning over. In the pros, a great player can hold a position for 10-20 years. So college is less predictable, and I enjoy that. The kids are younger, there are not enough great players to go around, and upsets are always possible. Enjoy!
White team QB Matt Barkley tells the Orlando Sentinel his strategy for the UA game: "I'm probably just going to throw it up there and let these guys make plays."
