    I usually throw in a cup of burgandy and deglaze with that just to make it interesting...

    Lit a fire. Going to be cooking some turtle in a "black pot" over a fire today. Glad I dug up this thread cause I'd forgotten about the Worcestershire sauce.

    Damn. Reading some of these threads and recipes makes me homesick. I don't miss the heat, humidity, and the mosquito's, but damn I miss the food.

    I tried to think of THE MOST RACIALly charged thing I could counter with here (in fun, of course) but find myself at a loss for words. Not a place I often find myself, sucka.

    Come to think of it, I haven't seen tc46 either. I bet those 2 are shacked up somewhere.

    I'll say this (kinda unrelated to this topic). tiga is, by far, the best host I've had in the past decade.

    He can also cook a gumbo the correct way.
